Francis Ip, the Principal Consultant, is a pragmatic Systems Engineering practitioner with over 40 years of business experience. He has 15+ years of experience in Traffic Engineering & Transportation Planning field. Since October 1979, he has delivered state-of-the-art solutions to clients on times and within budgets in the Management Consulting arena.
His industry exposure spans across Construction, Engineering, Financial, Health Care, Media Measurement & Research, Natural Resources, Petroleum, Telecommunication, Trading & Retail, Transportation, and Public Utilities in private as well as public sectors.
Francis' academic background includes Graduate Diploma in Operational Research (Industrial Engineering), B.A. Hon. in Computer Science, B.A. in Mathematics, Certificate in Artificial Intelligence & Knowledge Engineering, Certificate in Task Force & Project Management, Certificate in Building Construction, and Extramural Courses in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning, and Applied Statistics.
